Indigo Run – Hilton Head’s Final Residential Golf Community
Indigo Run comprises a number of smaller neighborhoods, each with its own distinct personality. The first is the 600-acre Golf Club at Indigo Run featuring luxury homes surrounding The Golf Club, and the only Nicklaus Signature Course on Hilton Head. A second course, The Golden Bear, is also located here too. Both courses have luxurious clubhouses with many amenities.

A second small community is the River Club, where 50 home sites are spread over nearly 60 acres. Broad Pointe, situated on Broad Creek, offers a final opportunity to buy waterfront property on Hilton Head Island. Broad Creek residents have a marina, pool and park, which is exclusively for their use. At Berwick Green, garden homes sit close to the 18th green of the Nicklaus Signature Course. All Indigo Run residents are eligible for membership in the Golf Club.
