As a Sea Pines resident you’ll pay dues to a Community Services Association which oversees maintenance and repair of common areas. As a member you are eligible to join any of a variety of clubs run by the CSA.

There are over 5,800 single family homes and nearly 450 condos and homes available for vacationers in Sea Pines. In the forty residential neighborhoods, all homes are designed to blend in with the surroundings. They range from small houses to large estates with ocean views.
