all structures are designed to blend with their environment. Residential neighborhoods consist of single homes overlooking a golf
course or a lagoon, houses nestled in deep-wooded clusters as well as impressive estate-size structures with ocean views. Villas,
primarily for short-term use, are scattered throughout the plantation. While amenities in each vary, all vistor areas feature a pool.
